I’m grateful for the ability to know that I could do this, follow the schedule, eat less, add more healing tools and the wonderful support of the staff.
Emotionally, I feel different. I feel as though I want to make changes.
Physically and Spiritually, I felt lighter. Spiritually—I noticed on my daily walks that I just felt this very in tune energy, very cued in to the nature around me in a positive way. Emotionally, I was still moving through certain pain and hurt from the past, but also feeling as if I was better able to react and emote and then move away from the hurt.
I think there’s a fine balance between pushing yourself too far and showing yourself what your limits are for the sake of your health. This was a great test of that, and I felt proud of how I was able to listen to my body and honor it.
There were some good physical changes during my cleanse. Less knee pain, less sciatica pain, I believe my hemorrhoids shrank. I cut out virtually all sugar and carbs, which I know I really needed to do.
The fast was good because I felt like I was do something important at a cellular level. The first two days, I felt great, lots of energy, especially the first day, probably due to the coffee enema.
I took the Vaccine Education Specialist class it was so truthful and eye opening for some It can be life changing to know the Truth. I zap vaccines out of the Human Energy Field since 2005 so this allowed an information base for my Clients. He is an amazing, Professional and highly recommend any and all of his classes.
