Why I Write

Sometimes the most powerful ideas begin with a simple question. Over the years I’ve written a few books to explore questions about health, life, and the human experience — the kinds of questions that lead us to look deeper and think differently.

These books are published under the name Dr. Henele, and each one reflects the same curiosity and heart that guide the work we do here at Energetic Health Institute.

Writing gives us the opportunity to slow down and explore ideas that don’t always fit into a classroom or a lecture. Some of these books came from questions students asked. Some came from quiet moments of reflection. Others simply came from wondering how we might better understand ourselves and each other. My hope is that these books encourage curiosity, thoughtful conversation, and a deeper appreciation for the journey we’re all on.
