My heart is full, as is my brain! I love how EHI encompasses the WHOLE in holistic, mind, body, spirit and earth we live on. Of all the studying I have done in my life, this has been the most inspiring and educational. Time well spent. Now to unclutter my educated mind and let all the these collected peices fall, hopefully genly, where they may and when they do, I am sure it will have woven itself a strong and colorful cloak, and may I wear it well. I felt lots of energy this week, so I am grateful for that. I am excited about being able to help others do a GI cleanse.
This week I felt much lighter and happier.
Physically, my shoulder healed quite a bit. It used to bother me every time I was at the computer. Now I can work for several hours before I start to feel it. My energy level has also increased significantly. And I have less brain fog and I am able to focus more easily. Emotionally, I feel a little more balanced, better able to deal with ups and downs of every day life. Spiritually, I didn’t feel much change there.
Before the cleanse, I’d felt completely lost and disconnected. Now, I feel more like myself again. I have been able to take the time to see myself, remind myself who I am and what I am all about. During the fast, I felt in a really good head space. I was excited to do this.
Everyone I came in contact with was so supportive and always went above and beyond to make me feel special and a priority. EHI provided a one-of-a-kind learning experience that helped me learn in a different more effective way. Thank you, EHI, for guiding me in the right direction and helping me learn and grow in more ways you can even imagine. EHI was a special experience for me because I never felt like I was taking on this journey alone. Through the entire process, from beginning to end, I felt supported and like the EHI family knew what I needed when I needed it. The whole course was also extremely thorough and gave you the tools to problem solve on your own.
