Amy is a member of the My EHI team and is very excited to be participating in the growth and opportunities that My EHI has to offer!

Amy is a Registered Massage Therapist, and Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner. She is committed to serving her community in a health, wellness, and healing capacity. She led a successful wellness center, A Touch of Grace, in Kitchener ON, Canada, for six years before pivoting to home-school her young sons when the world health crisis emerged. Her family of four brings her much joy. She also volunteers to support children’s literacy.

Sophia has a passion for learning, spreading love, and helping others. She holds a BS in Psychology, and she is a CHN and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Sophia combines her understanding of psychology, the yoga philosophy, and holistic nutrition to empower others to make healthy decisions that fuel their happiness. Bonnie Crutcher has more than 40 years’ experience in corporate communications, publishing, and marketing. However, her greatest passion has always been natural health. After retiring from the corporate world, Bonnie enrolled in EHI and graduated as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist in 2020. She loves to promote the wonder of man’s innate healing ability created by God. Bonnie has created an eight-week program called Lion of Judah Wellness and loves teaching natural healing and spiritual wellness based on biblical principles. Bonnie’s motto is: “Life is a journey. Carmen Adams sees healing as a journey of reclaiming personal power, not a fixed destination. Welcome Specialist

Grace began her career in the health field as a Registered Dental Hygienist with a strong foundation in health sciences and public health. After navigating her own wellness journey, she pivoted toward holistic wellness, graduating from the Energetic Health Institute (EHI) as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, AANWP Board Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Cleansing and Fasting Specialist, and Vaccine Education Specialist. She also advanced her studies to become a Certified Christian Health Mentor, allowing her to integrate clinical science with faith-based holistic nutrition in preparation for her practice launch. Affiliate Coordinator

Jennifer is the founder of 5 Elements Nutrition, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatrics and holistic wellness. As Affiliate Coordinator for The Energetic Health Institute (EHI) and Healing for the AGES, she leads outreach, onboarding, and trusted partnerships with wellness brands, expanding the affiliate catalog and strengthening its community impact. With over 20 years in allopathic medicine, Jennifer witnessed rising health concerns tied to food sensitivities, gut dysfunction, and childhood developmental delays—insights that inspired her transition into holistic nutrition. Through 5 Elements Nutrition, she empowers clients to uncover root causes of health challenges and apply whole-body strategies to optimize well-being. Her expertise extends beyond holistic nutrition delivering personalized health strategies, educational outreach, and empowering individuals to take control of their health. Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys family time, church, Pilates, and LSU football, and is always striving to educate, inspire, and uplift those around her.

Kathryn Upchurch, CHN
Student Success Specialist

Kathryn started her journey towards the Healing Arts through the Creative Arts! She was born with tap shoes on and eventually became a professional actor, dancer, singer, choreographer, and teacher of over 20 years. She has a passion to connect with people and loved the open arms and open hearts of the theatre community and its supporters.

She became interested in the healing arts over the course of her career after sustaining various injuries. She graduated from the NY Institute of Massage and has been practicing for over 16 years as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She then found, fell in love with, and graduated from EHI as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and later gained 120 CECs in Detox. Currently, she is intertwining her holistic nutrition, detox, and movement knowledge with her massage therapy clients and getting amazing results.

When she’s not working, she enjoys the beautiful Southern California weather and goes for walks, hikes, beach time, trips to the local farmer’s markets, wineries, and picnics in the park with her husband and their big, love-bug dog Brody!

Lisa Meller is a certified holistic wellness practitioner, coach, event executive, and competitive athlete passionate about helping individuals enhance performance, elevate their experiences, and live more vibrant, joyful lives. She has been a team member of EHI since 2021 and graduated in 2025 with certificates in Holistic Nutrition, Vaccine Safety, and Detox.

As an entrepreneur for over 30 years, and with more than two decades of experience designing global conferences, incentive programs, and executive retreats, she brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and human-centered insight to her work. She has managed conferences for Energetic Health Institute including CovidCon '21, Beyond the Con '22, and Healing for the A.G.E.S.  2023 - 2025.  Now, through her consulting agency Noveluma, LLC, launched in January 2026, Lisa integrates holistic nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and immersive event and retreat experiences to support meaningful, lasting transformation to help people optimize their opportunity for radiant living.  Her passion for advancing human health began early – as both an elite athlete and through her formal academic background in Molecular & Cellular Biology, with special interests in immunology and cancer.

A multi-time and actively competitive US Masters National Champion, Masters World Champion, and FINA Masters World Record holder in the sport of Springboard & Platform Diving, Lisa embraces and lives by the principles of vitality, resilience and lifelong performance that she teaches.  She literally dives in, with full energy, into everything she does.

Meredith Klitzke is a wife, mother, former business owner, and a fierce advocate for natural health, freedom, unalienable rights, autonomy, and self-responsibility. Meredith is also an animal lover, a camping enthusiast, and can never get enough of the beloved outdoors.

After suffering an injury at the hands of the medical industrial complex, Meredith graduated from the EHI Art of Cellular Healing Course and has learned how empowering it is to take responsibility for one’s own health.

Meredith’s educational background in psychology and sociology has aided her in this deep dive into both natural health and the law. Acquiring this knowledge has become a tremendous passion that brings new knowledge day after day.

As the Mary Poppins of Human Design, Stephanie supports families (with their horses, dogs, cats, and squirrels) to live their Divine purpose. Depending on the circumstances, she pulls Human Design charts, systemic constellation ground anchors, yoga poses, breath work, a prayer, or healthy treats out of her bag. Her love of words first led to a university degree in literature and now inspires her to spend most of her free time reading and writing while sipping a cup of ceremonial cocoa or tea when she is not outside by the beach or in the woods. Though Anthony’s original career path began as an IT professional for large law firms, his life long passion around natural health and wellness won out and he shifted gears to become a nutritionist.

As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach , Holistic Nutritionist and plant-based Nutrition Expert, my passion lies in empowering women to achieve optimal health and well-being.

I'm also a functional movement teacher, and energy healer, helping individuals embrace movement as a key component of their wellness journey.

My commitment to spreading awareness about holistic health and plant-based nutrition has led me to become a published author, public speaker, and guest presenter at CUNY. Additionally, I've had the honour of being a guest presenter on PCRM's One Healthy World (Un Monde Sain) and host of The Green Life Podcast. Currently, I'm taking my education to new heights , on the path to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor, studying under the wonderful teachings of Dr. Robert Morse.

In 2019, I decided to embark on a life-changing journey and left London to settle in a quaint rural town in Portugal. Here, my husband and I found a haven - a lovely farm we named Eco Dharma Village. Our days are filled with learning about self-sustainability, growing our own food and connecting with like-minded individuals in the community.

Eco Dharma Village is not just a farm; it is a Vegan sanctuary. Our mission is to provide a loving home for animals in need, and we've already rescued twenty dogs (keeping eight) and three cats - and who knows, we may grow our family even more! We also opened the space to host healing retreats and eco-tourism experiences.

With each passing day, I'm humbled by the incredible connections I've made and the profound impact we can create on ourselves, others, and the environment through holistic living and compassionate choices.

Diana has dedicated the majority of her career to education, with experience in both higher education and secondary school settings. She has taught a diverse range of subjects, including computing, mathematics, physical education, and special education. Currently, she serves as a special education teacher in math and science at a community middle school.

Alongside her work in education, Diana brings over thirty years of experience in fitness and personal training. Her lifelong passion for nutrition led her to the Energetic Health Institute, where she completed the Certified Holistic Nutritionist program and subsequently became a teacher, combining her expertise in education, wellness, and holistic health. For over the last two decades, Janell has been in business with a private practice. Orla is a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the NANP and has been teaching at the Energetic Health Institute since 2023. After graduating from the University of Washington in Seattle with a BSc. in 2021, Orla discovered her passion for health and wellness and became a student at EHI. As well as teaching with EHI, Orla currently works as a Holistic Nutritionist at Fountain Chiropractic & Wellness in Port Townsend, WA.

Samantha Baker, CHN

Growing up with a chronically ill parent, I have always had a passion for health and nutrition. A young healer.

I began my career in the only health-world I knew, as a CNA in the hospital. After a year of experience there, I began nursing school. It was then that I realized something was missing in the conventional medicine model. While the care was well-intentioned, it was often symptom-focused, not person-focused, and there were gaps that I couldn’t ignore. This feeling led me to seek answers on my own and connect the dots beyond the conventional model. In my search for more, I found Reiki and Holistic Nutrition. These therapies offered an approach to healing that supports the whole person on every level, from cell to spirit, with a strong focus on understanding root-cause, whole-food nourishment, cellular function, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual health.

I began as a student, and now, I am certified in Reiki healing as well as Holistic Nutrition, and I am lucky enough to teach holistic nutrition here at the Energetic Health Institute.

When I’m not here teaching, I most enjoy working in the garden, swimming in the ocean, hiking in the woods, or sweating in the sauna ~ and always spending time with my friends and my fur friends.

Aloha, my name is Erin 🙂 I earned my Holistic Nutrition Certification at EHI in 2019 and have been a teacher/coordinator for the DTOX program for 7 years. I am passionate about guiding students to understand that the body is designed to heal through the power of nutrition, detoxification, fasting, and practicing a holistic lifestyle. As a wife and mother of two, I bring warmth and real-life experiences into my teaching. I am a lifelong learner and thrive to continuously grow and evolve, while living with intention, curiosity, empathy and compassion. Ana Cris Rodríquez, CHN

I’m Ana Cris Rodríguez, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Cleansing Specialist through the amazing Energetic Health Institute (EHI). I’m also a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN®) through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), and since 2023, I’ve been teaching in the Detox Program at EHI, supporting students on their healing journeys with a compassionate and experiential approach. I’m also a certified Pilates instructor, and I have a background as a trained chef from Brisbane North Institute TAFE in Australia. I blend my culinary knowledge with holistic nutrition to create a more intuitive and nourishing approach to food. I’m the founder of my “Conscious Eating” business, where I create intentional food experiences that support the body, mind, and spirit, combining holistic nutrition, mindful cooking, and movement practices such as yoga and Pilates, along with other practical wellness tools, to help others reconnect with their bodies and cultivate sustainable, long-term healing. Outside of my work, I love to travel, enjoy music, go hiking, and spend time cooking for others, especially for family and friends, which is one of my greatest joys. Lexi Stead is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Energetic Cleansing & Fasting Specialist, and Heart-Centered Intuitive. She believes that dis-ease is only a messenger showing us where we are not living in our greatest joy. As well as being on the faculty here at EHI, she is the owner of Healing At The Heart where she leads her clients through the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of restoring their vitality. She loves inspiring others to shift their perspective on illness to one that empowers them, by sharing her wisdom from the greatest gift she created in this life…. A 20-year journey with inflammatory bowel disease.

Lexi also has a strong connection to the natural world and can often be found in the Sonoran Desert foraging for edible and medicinal plants… or at home in her role as a rat-mom to many sweet little balls of fuzzy love.

Monique is a passionate advocate for natural health and healing. Her strong purpose is to inspire and empower people to maximize their overall health so that they can experience a life of unlimited possibilities. Both her passion and her purpose were birthed on her own incredible health and healing journey.

Since the year 2000, Monique has been privileged to help people heal naturally with manual therapy.She is the founder of her own company Essence Vitality, is a certified coach and speaker, and has an enthusiastic love for nutrition and health research. Adam Rowland, CHN

Adam is a former Head of Medical, Physiotherapist, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over 17 years of experience in elite professional sport and the military. Throughout his career, he has worked with Premier League footballers, Super League and international rugby players, PGA Tour golfers, and professional ballet dancers. Adam holds a BSc in Athletic Training, an MSc in Physiotherapy, postgraduate certifications in pre-hospital and emergency care, strength and conditioning, as well as a diploma in nutrition.

In 2021, Adam’s life changed dramatically after experiencing life-altering injuries following the COVID-19 vaccine. What followed was not just a battle for his own health, but a journey that deeply reshaped his understanding of the body, healing, and the limitations of conventional medicine.

Today, Adam works with both high performers and individuals facing chronic illness, helping them take back control of their health. Combining elite-level clinical expertise with lived experience, he provides personalized, holistic strategies that address the physical and psychological aspects of healing—guiding clients toward lasting strength, resilience, and optimal wellbeing.

I have been a registered nurse for 28 years specializing in critical care. I am board certified in critical care and as a nurse coach. I learned approximately 10 years ago that the system for health is not health-focused at all. I have had a strong focus on nutrition since then and have been blessed to find EHI in order to learn more in depth about the benefits of nutrition to support God's perfect design. I continue to add to my knowledge base every day and am inclined to stand strong as a patient advocate.

Rooted in nervous system healing, embodiment, and deep personal transformation, her work reflects the understanding that real healing takes courage, honesty, and commitment. Holly has a background in exercise science and training in yoga therapy, trauma recovery,  Cellular Healing, and 12-Step Yoga for Addiction and Eating Disorders. Megan Regal, CHN

Megan Regal is a naturopathic nurse practitioner with 32 years in healthcare. She spent the first 21 years as a nurse in labor and delivery, intensive care unit, coronary care unit, emergency room, & flight nursing. As a nurse practitioner, she has specialized in orthopedics and gastrointestinal issues.

During the covid plandemic, she was not fully awake yet and succumbed to pressure to take one bioweapon shot that almost ended her life.  Dr. Ealy's Art of Cellular Healing course saved her life!

She's a loving wife and mother of four who loves being outdoors, grounding, and helping others to find their own path to healing.

What I've come to learn over the years is that health is so much more than what we put inside or on our bodies. True health is being in alignment. True health is attunement. True health is a flow state. Does nutrition matter? Absolutely. Does exercise matter? There's no way around it. Does sleep matter? Not only does it matter, but it is fundamentally critical. All of those are foundational aspects that nobody could deny. Yet, we could be filling all those boxes and still unravel physically, emotionally and mentally when we are out of harmony with our own truth. It is a glorious unravelling - a becoming, an adventure and a gauntlet - to come to know oneself. To come home into your own soul and have your body reflect it. It is a voyage that starts with courage, requires heaps and bounds of strength and resilience, and a healthy amount of “I'm gonna kick some ass” attitude along the way, but it would still fall apart without a relentless, gentle understanding and compassion to thread it all together; an acceptance of what is and a vision of what will be. We are all each other's stepping stones on this journey and it is my privilege to walk alongside you.
