This last year, having done my first cleanse/detox with the school in 2022, I feel different. I had some principles established in my life but having experienced what it is to feel better—much stronger in my body, clearer in my mind and even more open with my heart—I felt inspired after the first cleanse to do the EHI course.
Each cleanse has brought its challenges to some extent, but it is very often when the detox is finished that I see the journey and appreciate the changes. I have experienced some physical changes but more importantly I have experienced deep moments of forgiveness, heart opening, clarity of mind.
The first detox we were a small group and I remember having fun talking about our poops. I have felt very held, listened to and seen. The energies of the groups were always exactly what was needed. I have enjoyed the breakout rooms. A nice way to connect more intimately.
I have lost about 10 pounds since the start of the detox program this time. My bowel movements are back to normal again with no assistance from enemas. I have been working on myself as a constant process. I am feeling pretty strong and getting stronger. I am feeling pretty solid in my faith so spiritually I am constant. My overall experience this time was not as powerful as the last detox, but that is because I was already eating more organically and really trying to keep hydrated, eat healthy, exercise regularly and trying to care for myself.
My experience has been incredible! I have loved this experience because it’s very interesting to see the changes and reactions of the body and also to one day be able to understand our clients better. Health is something that requires time and effort to invest in. It’s not something that is achieved once and that’s it.
I have far less generalized muscle/joint discomfort, particularly in my neck, and have more consistent energy throughout the day. I also noticed that my skin is less dry and my moods are more stable. Spiritually I feel much more focused on God and trusting of his perfect plan for my life.
I’ve truly enjoyed and appreciated the learning and experiential opportunity! The organization and thoroughness of the presentations was wonderful and the support very caring and helpful! My body experienced some wonderful improvements, and now I have more “tools” to use to assist my clients on their health journeys.
My overall experience was good. I like the detailed guidance with supplementations and shakes, and what step to take next. I am more confident with cleansing/fasting/flushing.
This course has brought me calm, peace, joy, excitement. I’ve been writing about these new feelings all month and how I first noticed their happy arrival about a week after the end of my fast in Detox 101. They have continued and built momentum in Detox 102… Even better, I felt that the emotional and spiritual effects of Detox 101 were and are still very much active and ongoing. I feel like I am letting that cleanse do and express everything it wants to, like wringing out a sponge.
