It’s amazing the quality of education we are receiving through EHI. I’ve met with several other Holistic Nutritionists at conferences and events and you can tell the depth of what we learn here is so much deeper than through other schools. People are always surprised by some of the topics I tell them we’re learning, specifically the energetic connection to health and our learning of Chinese and ayurvedic principles. I’ve also talked to people who’ve taken courses through EHI and courses through other schools and they all say the same thing, the information taught here is so much deeper than elsewhere. I love EHI! I love how thoroughly everything is always explained. I love the “whole person” approach to healing. There were so many teachers who offered support and help along my EHI journey and I am so grateful to all of them! Pretty early on in the program, I read Chapter 2 of Dr. H’s book “Energetic Health”. Near the end of that chapter, there are a couple paragraphs about the “Consistent Practice of your Belief System.” This section talked about knowing who you are and what you are about, and reminding yourself by repeating your beliefs at the beginning of each day. When I read this, I knew I chose the right program! I have had powerful experiences with affirmations and I know the power of words and speaking words of power and strength to myself. I have loved learning so much about nutrition, but I’m also grateful that this program also focuses on nourishment of the mind and soul! When combined, it’s all incredibly powerful!
