First off, listening to Dr. H’s soothing voice was a pleasure every time I watched a video. I went through a pretty rough patch after my child was born. I experienced postpartum depression. But when I logged in to do my work and listen to a video, I found HOPE every time. Learning how to use food and supplements to increase mitochondrial function has given me a whole new perspective on health!
