I have completed Detox 101 & 102. I feel amazing after each detox. The mental fog clears, I have a ton of energy and I eliminate so much congested bowels and toxins. I truly feel amazing and light. The bonus of the detox is also slowing down and allowing myself to release suppressed emotions. It overall is truly a holistic detox and I know I am a better human being to others and myself afterwards. Plus I now get to help others detox and feel this good too! Thank you to everyone at EHI! This has been an eye opening experience. I was thrilled to get so much waste out of my body. I am on my last day of fast and feel so much energy it is incredible. Dr. H has lead by example and that is huge for me. I look up to him so much, and appreciate all the knowledge he has shared and shown. What an amazing experience this has been. This was a great genuine learning experience. Both informational and experiential learning occurred in unison, ie genuine learning. An excellent designed and delivered course.
My experience at EHI these past 5 months doing Detox 101 and 102 has opened my eyes to how our bodies work best with good nutrition, good water and fasting. We are educated in the HOW and the WHY to everything we are asked to do. Questions are answered and teachers are with us every step of the way. I will continue my education through EHI to continue to gain knowledge about healing myself and helping others. Our bodies are INCREDIBLE and we are stewards to take care of them. Dr H is AMAAAZING in his knowledge that he shares, completely honest and open. His heart is to educate and heal the world-one healer at a time.
