I just finished my clinical 3-day water fast today following my DTOX-102 cleanse. Let me say first that I’ve completed the Holistic Nutrition Cert program, and it was still an enlightening experience. I love how hands-on the Teachers, and TAs were, and how the other participants supported each other. I remember thinking after completing 101, “Is cleansing supposed to be this easy?” Haha, the joke was on me!! I guess my liver/gallbladder was holding on to more than what was hanging around in my digestive system. This one was emotional, and draining, and provided an opportunity for so much self-reflection. Things you thought you had moved past or dealt with start to surface in a shocking way. But, you also get the chance to work through them in a clearer, more calm space. I noticed pretty early on that I wasn’t feeling like myself so I figured I’d use the teaching concepts EHI provides to see if I could make any connections. There they were…the feelings I’d been having, my reactions, and even my restlessness at certain times of the day. It’s pretty amazing to have a guide to what’s going on inside of your body and how the food and supplements help to propel you as you move forward. Your energy levels can make all of the difference in your responses.
The masterclass calls were that extra cherry on top providing those of us who had questions or concerns the option to share and learn to deeply understand what we were going through individually. All that I can say is that if you’ve never done a “real” cleanse or fast, this is your opportunity to help reset the clock towards optimal health. Do it and see what your body has to tell you…it’s an EHI Amazing Experience 🙂
Learning how to cleanse has been the best learning experience ever. There has been so much learning, support and positivity from everyone! My body is becoming much healthier. I have become so much more aware and connected to the body. I can really see how much time I spend thinking about food. I can’t believe how much poop we hold within us! This has become a total lifestyle change for me. A huge added benefit is losing 33 pounds! Thank you to everyone at EHI! I love you all!
Great information as always. The information was comprehensive, and I learned what I needed to learn to take my cleansing and detoxing to the next level. I am looking forward to taking future courses! The Taste were excellent and DR. H was marvelous as always. I love the enthusiasm and encouragement of all the staff at EHI. I thought learning about Dr. H and the TAs’ personal experiences with cleansing, detoxing, and fasting was really helpful. And their testimony was empowering as well. Thank you everyone!

I had a great experience this year taking all 3 of your Detox Cert. classes, and learned so much! Dr. H is brilliant, and he is supported by a wonderful team of teachers.
