Learning how to do a cleanse properly was good. It will be a tool I will use. The whys and how it is all interconnected to everything makes sense. Body, mind, heart when they work together it makes life amazing.
I feel like everything was good, physically, emotionally, and definitely spiritually. I wrote in my journal that I felt more aware of myself and a serene sense of well-being all around. This was a life-changing experience for me, and I wish more people were open to trying it before they knocked it. I’ve been more flexible, in my mind and body, and I’m more motivated to meditate. I noticed just yesterday during a shower, that a lump of what my doctor call migrated breast tissue, that I’ve had under my right armpit for years is completely gone…those lysosomes and my immune system ate it right up!! I can’t believe it still!
I felt that I had a good opportunity to reflect more on fluctuations in my mood. I had positive energy and was able to sustain myself during the day. I was able to keep my energy up until the evening time.
This experience was good for me, but I think there is more that is needed. I look forward to the fast and more cleanses in the future.
So many thing were good! I have shown myself that I am able to make some sweeping improvements without feeling like I compromised anything, and I really feel like what I have done is VERY DOABLE for anyone.
My husband sees it and is now embracing what I have been doing, sprinkling into our lives, and sharing. He actually told me how much he appreciates all I have been doing to keep us all healthier ALWAYS, but having a CLASS AND A COURSE to follow has given him a sense of credibility to all I have been saying.
He’s also more aware of how aligned is all that I have been sharing with what he hears out in the world – his radar tuner is on. SO IS MINE. That puts us on a relationship level in a better place than I was 30 days ago.
I am also really excited that this coursework, this cleanse, this process, and this knowledge is so well-balanced for wholistic wellness and is NOT one-sided, biased, or overly “granola and crystals” for mainstream. TRULY, this is wellness for every human being. This is about the WHOLE person. For the first time EVER, I am finally learning information the way I have always thought it could and should be available. I am 100% on board. Let’s heal ourselves and others for a lifetime of vitality and vibrancy!
My digestion is amazing! Finally after several years of being stopped up. So happy about pooping!!!
So many good things this week. I can cross my legs sitting down; no need for lubricating eye drops every day; did not have allergic reaction to dogs. Feel more peace in the midst of the storm and talking with God more. Letting myself be emotional instead of holding it in.
I am definitely feeling more confident about cleansing and fasting from taking the Detox 101 course with EHI. Dr. H, I appreciate your research and expertise. EHI Detox 101 course taught not only the scientific but practical lessons on cleansing at the cellular, emotional, and spiritual levels. The experience I gained was amazing! The community of the classroom although virtual was supportive and hearing others’ experiences and testimonies while on this cleansing journey was most encouraging and helpful. Dr. H is a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience. I appreciate that he went through the cleanse and fasting with us and shared his experiences.
