My overall experience with the energetic cleanse was a positive one. This cleanse brought forward emotions and issues I thought were resolved after the digestive cleanse. That’s a good thing because I was able to delve deeper into those issues and improve on them. I enjoyed the reading material and videos and the participants in the class were so encouraging and helpful. This cleanse took me out of my comfort zone in trying new things and putting my fears behind me. For instance, I had an unrealistic fear of the coffee enema, but I did it and realized how crazy my fear was because it was so easy, and I look forward to doing it again. Also, with my upcoming gallbladder flush I am feeling a little nervous about it, but I know I will get through it, and I will be grateful I did.
I have enjoyed the course so much, even though I struggled a bit to follow regularly due to : moving countries, new job and new life at the same time! But I’m very grateful for the experience and the knowledge, thank you!
This has been awesome in balancing out my moods. My weight has improved tremendously. I feel lighter and working on building muscle, which I now have the energy it takes to do so. My hair stopped falling out as well. Better sleep and dreams.

I’ve completed 101 and 102. I’m excited and ready for 103 in the fall. Cleansing is something, I am passionate about for myself as well as sharing this knowledge with my family, friends and clients. I plan to take these cleansing courses with Dr H every year. He and his staff are a wealth of knowledge and compassion. The curriculum is nothing short of Brilliant! The support is excellent! The results speak for themselves, too! The cleanse helped me physically, spiritually, and mentally. I am grateful for this experience. It helped me recover emotionally after a very traumatic year of loss and illness. Before the cleanse, I felt terrible on every level. I could barely function. After the cleanse, I felt like me again, joy came back into my life, and I had the courage to tackle my passions.
Since lesson 1, I have more energy and strength. Physically having more energy has been wonderful, emotionally I let out some grief and feelings of overwhelm and loneliness, and I know that these feeling come and go if I let them. Also, I’ve just noticed how much I eat when I’m not really hungry. I haven’t needed to eat as much, but I still want to, so it’;s been good to recognize that and just have some tea or water when I know I don’t really need food. Spiritually just taking the time to spend with God and relaxing in his unconditional love that been such a blessing.
Emotionally and spiritually, it has been hard but I have grown from this experience. With my body going through so much change my moods were going through the ringer. I thought I was going nuts at times. I am very lucky I have a supportive husband. Although it was a tough experience, I am glad I went through it. I am getting better at handling those tough situations when my body is in alignment. I am worthy.
