My energy has been good during the cleanse. I have felt connected spiritually. I felt happier. I feel lighter on all levels. I feel inspired and more aligned. My body feels strong and open. I feel even more sensitive/empathic towards others.
I felt good physically as I experienced a sense of lightness in my body, I have enjoyed slowing down and being rather doing, especially during the last 24 hours and in between classes on Thursday. Unlike before, I haven’t found it too strenuous. I felt very calm and connected to that part within us which is quiet and still.
I felt at peace after speaking to the Detox teachers, and we were able to work out a plan for the clay protocol that worked for me.
