By the end of this session and its fast, my pain, though still present, was significantly lower. I was also able to move better, and I felt more positive emotionally. The course recommendations seem to have given my body the nutritional boost it needed to begin to rise above 2 ½ years of long-haul covid, with all its baggage, which had layered on top of chronic lyme. It looks hopeful that the next month of preparation and fast will bring similar continued improvement. This is my first therapy experience where there seems to be more progress than just “holding my own.” I believe it is because the recommendations of Energetic Health directly address the energy systems of the body which were compromised by the disease process.
Best decision I could make is attending EHI. Dr. H is amazing and I do not have enough good words for the TAs, advisors, the staff! Information is top notch. Lessons are exciting and designed to get you THINKING. No cookie cutter lessons. You are expected to think, and in turn you actually blossom into knowing at EHI. EHI is more than just a school. It is a support system. You have access to everyone, including Dr. H! Where else can you go and say that? Nowhere but EHI! Wouldn’t trade my experience.

I came to EHI on the heels of another holistic nutrition certification course, which I’d left because I found it woefully inadequate. By contrast, EHI has been like following the yellow brick road into Oz. Dr. Henele is brilliant, but also authentic and real, and he allows space for us to be authentic as well. The teachers are exceptional; each one unique, and genuinely invested in helping the students, extending themselves above and beyond the norm. Shout out to Linda in Administration, who I think must juggle about three hundred and fifty seven balls in the air per hour, all the while being attentive and so kind.
EHI is the definition of an alternative education but – make no mistake – it’s the real deal. Expect to be enlightened, challenged, supported, surprised and embraced. It’ll spoil you for any other school.
