I worked through, processed and release some major emotional stuff that had been bottled up for a long, long time. I have fantastic emotionally clarity and resilience now. Also, I am less achy, which is wonderful.
I love the clarity I get during a water fast. The cleanse was a bit rough on my body physically, so I was very much ready for a water fast. It calms everything down for me…physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It was a much needed reset for me.

This is my first time enrolling in online education and I wasn’t sure what to expect, wasn’t sure how I was going to form a relationship with my peers. Maybe I would just be another name amongst the many whom attend with no real connection. But, the entire EHI community made my experience special for me. From the first phone call to now almost finishing up my program, the energy is amazing and I felt very welcomed, very friendly, almost as if I’d known them forever. Something I have never been great at is asking for help, it intimidates me, and the teachers at EHI encouraged me to always ask whenever I had a question or needed maybe more of an explanation understanding a lesson. They are one click away and I LOVE that I have become better at asking for help (in and outside of the classroom) because I have learned so much because of that. Also, I love that they understand “life” happens while you are enrolled in the program and maybe your journey doesn’t go as planned, like you might have to get back surgery. I enjoy being challenged by our instructors, and when I ask a question, they ask a question back.. which usually sends me down another curious rabbit hole time suck! But, that is what I am here for, for to learn and for the eyes to be more opened and in many different directions. I love that they encourage the care of our whole selves. The positive feedback is always just that, a positive experience, hearing the joy in the instructors voices in response to the work is encouraging and gives me a surge of energy, on days when it feels like there is alot on my plate… Importantly Awesome! I was able to move more. I had more energy, physically. Deeper aspects of painful past experience and ones that are current that I had not resolved were able to be processed in dreams and I was able to have some deep emotional releases that left me feeling lighter. I felt a deep connection to nature as the last days of warmth held on.
