So many great things that I could say about this school, the program, the staff, the teaching concepts, EVERYTHING is just so well designed!! I really want to express my immense love and gratitude for Doc H. Thank you for putting in the grueling hours and hard work into the different programs, and all of the extra projects you do for us! You have increased my confidence in raising our two, God-given babies the way I see fit, even when it doesn’t comply with today’s social “norms.” I LOVED the content I learned and the way it was presented. The presentations and teaching concepts were easy to follow, practical and applicable. Doc H is easy to listen from, and what he teaches is fun and easy to comprehend. Several of the staff and teachers were easy to get a hold of, which helped get me through some challenging seasons during my coursework—and in life! For my EHI family, I truly appreciate the support I’ve received from everyone, Dr. H. and all the teachers and Grad TAs, throughout this entire program. There is always someone there to answer questions whether they are assignment related or questions I’ve had regarding my own progress. I feel, deep in my heart, that my EHI family will always be there no matter what direction my career or life may go, and for that, I am truly grateful. I had several degree programs under my belt prior to coming to EHI. The classes I have taken have filled in holes and made connections between the foods we eat and how we feel on a physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral level that no other program or classes had been able to do. What EHI did for me most was clarify that holistic nutrition is not just a tool in my toolbox; it is the toolbox itself.
I would like to thank Dr. H from the bottom of my heart for this experience. I have been inspired with admiration for the unapologetic courageous stand that you have chosen to make with your life and your energy in loving others. You have touched my life with love and kindness that I will not forget. When I met you, I was a broken and abandoned mess seeking physical healing and without much hope of mental and spiritual healing. I feel like the love you have poured into my life is healing me even now. There are some people in life who change us with their presence, and you are one of them for me!
