I did the fast! I wasn’t sure how it would be since I have strong digestion. While I missed crunchy foods (like raw carrots) it was comforting to know that my body was accepting the soft nourishment and my blood sugar was not all over the place.
I’ve told everyone I know about Bentonite Clay and how good my body feels. As well as the improvement in my digestive system (bloating and gas are gone). I am confident I have direction on how to do a clinical cleanse. Before this class, cleansing seemed like a very mixed up topic. Lots of information on why to do it on the internet but not a lot of direction of how. This class has given me structure around cleansing. I was glad to learn that a person can eat but still help the body do the necessary cleanup with Bentonite Clay.
