This week I physically felt like I had more days where I was experiencing better energy. This was a pleasant surprise. I felt good physically, spiritually and mentally while fasting. This is not the first time I have fasted so I kind of knew what to expect. I especially like the physical feeling on Day 3 after my body has gotten a break from eating and digestion. I felt lighter and less bloated. Emotionally and spiritually I was in a good place, partly because I held myself accountable to stick it out.
I’d like to Thank Dr. H, creator of this wonderful program, who laid a platform for all of us to come together and all the teachers at EHI, I Thank each of them for all their wise words and all the useful information they have provided, and their encouraging words, love and wisdom. The most special experience I had at EHI is apart from all the knowledge and information I learnt. I felt so happy to see that there are people who believe and trust that Food is medicine and believe in natural ways of healing, and care deeply for Mother Earth and leading a more sustainable Holistic life.
I truly enjoyed HNC203 🙂 I’ve taken away a plethora of beneficial information throughout this entire program for my personal health and the health of family and friends around me. No words can describe the gratitude I have towards this EHI program! 203 was definitely a special experience and it really helped me amp up my supplement and herb intake. I’m looking forward to starting 204 with all this additional knowledge and energy! Many Thanks!
My final week of cleansing was transformational. I am still processing. I was gentle with myself for the couple of days I was traveling and couldn’t eat organic. I did my best and that was good enough. Throughout the cleanse, I was free from anxiety which was a surprising and welcome bonus! I felt very energetic, clear and calm. My body felt light, soft and without pain. I had a lot of new ideas! I felt really connected to others and the environment without feeling heavy about it. This experience helped me move forward in mays ways and opened me up to the next level of healing. I have a lot of new awareness and I have established healthier habits. I let some shit go, all to the good!
I am so grateful for this amazing program that has forever changed me, for Dr. H and the truly exceptional teachers that it has been a pleasure to learn from! This community of healers is the kindest and most lovely group of people that I have been blessed to be surrounded by. Thank you all for your encouragement and the wealth of knowledge that you have shared with me! EHI is a school filled with kindness and like-minded people who truly want to help people heal and make the world a better place. It is not just nutrition that you learn, but the journey takes you so much deeper into self-exploration and living your best life possible. The entire community at EHI is there for one another and the education you get is truly exceptional!

Dr. H, the faculty and staff were all super supportive throughout the entire program.
