I have to thank Dr. H for creating this curriculum and for his steadfast belief in himself. I was lucky to be a student of Dr. H’s about ten years ago. Due to his extraordinary teaching methods, dynamic view on life, and information about the cycle of influencing energy, I was able to incorporate his ideology of how to use food for medicine and eat holistically. Today, I greatly attribute my extraordinary health to embodying Dr. H’s teaching. Fast forward to a couple of years ago when I rediscovered EHI. I was elated to have access to the curriculum again. I just needed to finish a few more classes to fulfill the new standards for EHI. Halfway through, I found my life in a downward spiral but the staff at EHI did not give up on me. They encouraged me to power through and finish my classes. I am forever grateful for their support. Dr. H and EHI not only influenced my life in a huge way, but in doing so, I have passed much of this information on to others.
