I felt really light and healthy, I honestly think it really saved me from getting super sick with ‘vid. Emotionally: I had more energy so I was able to get more things accomplished and felt productive, alive and with purpose. Also that I was working toward my goals and purpose. I was more consistent with my routines which led to a more balanced life.
Even though I did not participate in the 72 hour fasting portion of this detox, I do feel over all I have gained knowledge of the whole thing. Especially what I should not do lol! Thanks Dr. H for always being so transparent with us!
Its all about going into details and presenting it well. It has enriched me immensely. It feels so good that somebody is there for you at the same time its also feels good that i can go out there and make a difference.Enriching mine and others life style is my motto. Together we can make a difference and save the environment too. Currently I am collecting money to plant 50 trees in a month or so. Ehi is the silver lining in the cloud that the world needs today. EHI is like no other school. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. The lessons were tough yet engaging. I can honestly say I am not the same person I was when I started. When I started, I was lost, confused and depressed. I went through a terrible breakup and lost 5 people in about 9 months to brutal cancers/diseases. I never want to watch anyone go through what I saw day after day, as one by one of my loved ones passed away. This school taught me, first and foremost, how to take care of myself during this tragic time in my life. And each section came precisely at the time I needed it most. The Meditation lessons put it over the top. This is when I FELT my energy shift. I found myself smiling more and understanding what had happened, and more importantly, who I am. I am just now graduating, and I already have a line of people asking for my help. The world needs Healers. I am so proud to call myself a HEALER!

I was so impressed with this cleanse. I did not really know what to expect going in, but I got so much out of it, more than I could have ever imagined! Week 4 was extra special because I got to see the culmination of everything GOOD! Physically, emotionally and spiritually, I feel I am on a higher level now.
My Fiancé and I attempted the fast together. I made it one day, he made it two. Even though we did not finish the fast, I enjoyed his support and efforts and we bonded through it.
