The course was a great learning and empowering experience. The delivery of the content, the attention to details, the emphasis on the salient points and the guidance on the practical application of the cleansing and fasting processes enhanced the learning by doing experiential experience. This is an excellent foundational course.
So much growth! I grew in Holistic knowledge. Not just in nutrition, anatomy, biochemistry and physiology, but in understanding my mind, environment and relationships, and how they are all interconnected. It was amazing to learn how thoughts feed feelings and feelings—good or bad—have an impact upon the body. I learned that Holistic is Wholistic!

The DTOX course provided me with many in-depth insights about cleansing, detoxing, and purifying the body. I was proud of myself for participating in the 72 hour fasting.
