This week was good, I was around family a good part of the week. I would love each week to be this way, but schedules are busy for my boys, so I take what I can get. Body worker was also great!
I felt more in tune with my body. I documented each time I did anything, so later I can comparison each experience. By doing this, I really kept up on monitoring my Blood Pressure since that was a concern for me. This fast has helped me to regulate my BP so much better, and I am grateful for that!
This week I had a breakthrough emotionally while meditating. While fasting, physically, I felt “unstuffed,” I lost weight, had good energy, and most of my symptoms went away. Emotionally, I was happy and proud that I accomplished this cleanse and the 3-day fast, and was positive that good things happened to my body regarding healing. Spiritually, I spent more time with my Bible, reading, praying, and meditating/breathing. This helped me to become a much calmer person in the way I handle everyday life.
My gut, brain and heart connection is more in alignment. I feel lighter, more grounded and less reactionary. I have learned a wealth of information to draw upon. Thank you.
I felt good sticking with supplements to the best of my ability. I felt good about eating healthy foods. I felt good intermittent fasting. I felt good drinking more healthy water. I did not sabotage. I took care of my body. All the above is what made me feel good. I know I have just scraped the surface of healthy eating, self-care and fasting .. but it feels good to begin the process. I felt pure and clean, open and balanced. I felt free, not crowded or sluggish.
I am feeling more energetic and am happy that I have almost finished my first cleanse. I was happy I was able to finish the fast.
The cleansing program at EHI is an absolute must for anyone looking to heal. Dr. H takes you on a deep dive into the fascinating world that is your body and teachers you to cleanse and heal from a cellular level. It’s a beautiful study, not only of the physical body, but he also ties in the principles of energetic healing, which is missed by most other teachers. For me this has been the ultimate healing program. Best part is that you’re able to cleanse and heal as part of a community and have teachers available at all times to lovingly guide you through the process. Dr. H teaches you as though you are a pre-med student. Not only are you given an insane amount of information to dissect and learn from, but he also shares his working knowledge as a Naturopathic Dr. He covers case studies and concepts of pathology so you can actually take all the information you have learned and put it into practice. You leave not only feeling confident, but empowered. I love the attention to detail! Dr. H is a beautiful soul with a true passion for health and knowledge unlike anything I have ever seen. He teaches from his heart and gives you all he has, is constantly evolving his coursework to make it better, and each piece ties together perfectly to paint the most amazing portrait of health I have ever seen. The cherry on top was the EHI community. A tribe of beautiful teachers dedicated to truly making a positive, loving difference in this world. They encourage, they’re supportive, and truly emulate the “Aloha” spirit. All I can say from the bottom of my heart is THANK YOU.
