This was a good experience. I learned a lot about the body, its ability to heal, and its ability to clean itself out.
I am learning how to take care of myself better and also why I should or should not be doing things. It helps for me to know the “why” behind things.
I think the cleanse was very good. Since learning more about holistic healing, I’ve realized that many health issues stem from a sluggish or overburdened liver. I enjoyed learning which herbs are best for a liver cleanse and how carrot and garlic juice can benefit health and increase energy.
Everything was good about this cleanse. It came at the perfect moment in time for me to do my changing of the season’s cleanses. I really enjoyed it because I learned some new facts. This was the first time I have incorporate Clay shakes and I have to say I love them and will keep using them in the future. It was overall a great new experience with a lot of useful knowledge to take from.
This cleanse transformed me and brought a renewed sense of hope and vitality into my life.
I am sad to see the course come to an end. I am eager to move on to the Liver cleanse.
