The content of the course was in-depth and the experiential part of the class (detoxing and fasting) was very thorough. I have implemented the sleep system and I absolutely love it. I have always slept well and now I am sleeping even better and wake up feeling rested! I had a poison-like rash on my leg that eventually went all the way around my ankle. It was about an inch high, blister on top of blister, oozed, and itched like poison. When I finally went to the doctor (it was December with a few feet of snow on the ground) he told me I had poison ivy. Are you kidding me? You’re fired. I tried eliminating everything I could think of from body products, detergents, cleaning products, foods, and supplements. etc.
