Having time off work and classes was really good. I didn’t realize how much I needed to just step back. Taking the time to allow my mind to empty and genuinely take deep rest felt so healing.
I was able to get more movement in and I replenished my soul with some forest bathing. I was able to quickly regulate myself after feeling upset. I feel a lot lighter physically, but slow going. Spiritually I feel really good! My mind is clear and although the hunger feeling is uncomfortable, it’s not overwhelming.
I think the good emotional part was knowing that I did the fast.
