I gained quite a bit of peace and calm during this cleanse. I felt steadily focused most of the time. My heart healed for sure! I experienced connection with myself in a new way. I learned that I needed to slow down, observe my ego, and be more connected with the present moment.
Awesome. I grew up going barefoot a lot seeing how I lived in the country and I always felt so good. Going back to spending more time doing so again!
