I experienced some spiritual/emotional renewing. I think it was a combination of the cleansing, of course, meditation, prayer, reading and listening to books.
Lost 3 pounds of fat and I am hoping that later when I do some additional lab work results will have improved.
I learned how to do the clay psyllium shakes, which I really needed to do after a parasite cleanse. I can carry this skill forward and use it again!
I felt more energy. I got a lot of things done.
The fasting process, after the cleanse, has led me to some emotional responses that came with doing this exercise. I am grateful for all the pain and tears that I have felt during this process. My body is carrying less and less emotional charge and is helping to get to the greatest healing I can get too. I realize that loneliness is my deepest wound and oldest friend, and I know now why it has protected me and sustained me until I could get to this level of healing.
The conference was phenomenal and life changing for me. I am already a health minded person who has personally experienced and continues to now miraculously heal from 4 different cancers. Healing for the AGES brought me to a completely new level and I have the confidence and the tools to maintain my health and keep cancer away for good! I have many people supporting me in my journey and many who come to me for advice, hope and help for ways to heal for themselves or close family members or friends. Pooping! I looked forward to it. I would feel full with the bentonite clay shakes, but then after pooping, I felt light and energetic.
