Learning how to be solution-oriented was a valuable part of an education. Building strong relationships, meditation, breathing and basically how to be a person who is internally positive, and therefore positive to others and the world is just not taught as part of a regular curriculum, yet is part of a journey to vibrant health! And learning that thoughts, as much as anything else we eat or do, build good health or break it down – is also a valuable lesson for us as students, and in our future work as healers. Yes, EHI, you did it! You gave much of yourselves as examples to encourage us to deal with adversity, and taught us the power of forgiveness… important lessons. It will take more time to really fully develop all those breathing practices (like nauli, and meridians, chakra balancing, but I’m happy to have the introduction foundation which will lead to greater depth. I enjoyed the video presentations, and appreciate all the encouragement they include. That is part of why I chose EHI. Yes, it was a dynamic class. We can see that you really put a lot into those. I like the participation needed on our end – it’s how we learn to heal ourselves first and foremost. Thank you for all you put into us EHI!
I’ve learned more in the last 3 months about health than I had in the last 30 years! The turn around time on submitting work made me feel like I was taken seriously and our work mattered. Every single question I had was addressed and followed up on.
I absolutely loved HNC103! I think the best part is that I wasn’t expecting to learn many of the topics included in this class. It not only introduced me to meditating, but has really helped the dynamic of many relationships I have.
My journey at EHI was more than amazing, it was FABULOUS! I want to thank Dr. H, the faculty, and the Welcome Team from the bottom of my heart for your passion, guidance, love and support! As mentors you ROCK and I am happy to now call you friends. I LOVED the personal healing I gained in the projects I completed for the Happiness and Energetic Mediation section of the program. However, my favorite project was my Personal Health Topic that I did on elevated cholesterol. The knowledge gained from that project was invaluable.
Completing the Holistic Nutrition Certification CHANGED my life! EHI is a healing school appropriate for anyone looking to expand their awareness of their body, how food choices impact the environment, and how to halt and heal mental, physical, and emotional imbalances. I HIGHLY recommend The Energetic Health Institute! Dr. H is fun and invigorating. The faculty is amazing and very engaged. They truly care about each and every student’s success!
