The Holistic Nutrition Certification has been a wonderful experience! EHI is such a great school in so many ways. One of my absolute favorite things about this school is the support provided to students. EHI truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. I really enjoyed the Holistic Nutrition Certification! My favorite thing that I took from this course was finding a special place I always go to for meditation, take my journal and write down whatever comes to mind. I had no idea how much I needed to stop and take a moment to learn how to be still, breathe, let my mind rest and listen to it. It’s the first time that I’;ve ever felt so light and clear minded. Now I meditate almost every day!
