When I applied for this program, I said I wanted to understand the connection between food and emotions better. The program gave me that and so much more. Thank you Dr. H., for creating it. The body is a wonderful machine, and thanks to you, I understand better what it needs to generate energy and function at its best. Thank you EHI teachers for challenging me and encouraging me along the way and thank you, Welcome Team, for your endless patience and support. I loved being a student at EHI, and I’d like to thank Dr. H and all the teachers and staff for their encouragement and insights throughout the process. At those times when I was losing steam, I knew I had a new video from Dr. H to listen to and his voice was usually enough to help me recharge and stay motivated.
103 was an incredibly special experience indeed! I’ve had some time challenges in the last couple of months so it took me quite a bit of time to complete the whole course, but I’ve learned so many valuable things about myself and about life in general, and I’m really thankful for everything I have learned! I have been able to apply many things learned in 103 already in my life and have been feeling very good about that, but I also know this course is just the beginning of many positive changes in my life in the months and years to come, as I continue to learn how to apply energy cultivating responses instead of reacting to situations, and as I continue to share this information with my loved ones. Did I feel like I mattered? YES!!! 🙂 As said by Dr. H in the lesson 1 presentation, this course was about me and about my happiness, so I certainly felt I mattered a lot. The process of me becoming a happy and solution oriented person has started and there’s no way back now, I’ll continue to learn and to grow into being this new me who is calmer, happier and who is believing more in herself and in the perfection of life. There were times when I wasn’t sure if I did a good enough job in my DQ , and I would get a little anxiety when teacher or T.A would response back to the DQ. I had to remind myself to take a couple of deep breath. Every response I get back from the teachers and T.A is always so encouraging and always makes me feel so good. They remind me that I am doing a good job and when I don’t understand something, they go the extra mile to help me understand it. I am forever grateful! Thank you teacher and T.A!!!
