My experience in 102 was great! I really loved the skills that were taught and taking the time out to create the video presentations to show us hands on how to make different raw meals- a little lengthy, but I enjoyed some of the extra information and tips. I definitely learned some more interesting things! I also enjoyed trying out new vegan recipes from my cookbooks- never thought I would be making vegan sausages! The feedback I also received from the teachers was great, as always!

I really loved 103 and it helped me tramendously in my relationship and stressors of life. I have regained focus and clarity and a much deeper intimacy in my relationship with my boyfriend. I loved that the breathing lessons were repetative so that I can study, remember and keep it in practice. I am working on meridians and incorporating them daily. Thanks Dr. H and all the teacher for such an amazing lesson!!

I would like to Thank God for helping me to find and enroll at EHI. Dr H is a great motivator.
