Masterclasses were great. I wanted to learn the How’s and Why’s of nutrition from a school that was actively addressing the health concerns of the day without fear. For me, masterclass was an invaluable component of the HNC program.
All of the encouragement from the teachers and the scheduled student meetings made me feel very supported, especially when the program got harder.

I remember Dr. H saying in the very beginning that he saw people going through medical school and coming out of it unhealthy. I’ve met a lot of people going through nursing school, and sadly, I would say this is very common. I’ve worked as a CNA and have witnessed nurses not understand what true health is. What makes EHI special is not only do they understand true health and wellness, but they guide and push us students to pursue and achieve it in school and after school!
EHI was a special experience because it touched on so many different topics of healing. Not just nutrition! I feel so much more well-rounded as a healer now!
What I loved about EHI was the practical application and the teachers’ feedback and help for me getting things right.
My success is that I made it and I’m so glad I did. There’s so much knowledge about myself and this healing process that I’ve learned and shared. It’s going to stay with me.
Knowing that I am tapping into my body’s self-healing mechanism is a very powerful process and adding this knowledge base. Additionally understanding that the 28 days leading up to this fast, I’ve taken action to ensure that quality and hopefully lasting healing is at the end of this journey. It’s the best thing I can do to refresh, restore, and renew my health. I think it’s going to be an ongoing part of my life not just a one-time thing. What I’m very grateful for is learning about how to successfully and correctly fast – as Dr. H has mentioned, more is not better, better is better and this is the better choice now and in the future.
