God led me to Dr. H and EHI during a period in my life when I was at my lowest. I no longer had friends and family. Through it all, I never lost hope! I knew there was something better in store for me. One day, I so happened to stumble over a webinar series and heard Dr. H speaking. This “Firecracker” of a man was speaking with such conviction that I had no choice but to listen. When I heard the word mitochondria that’s all I needed to hear. I was sold at that point. In college, the mitochondria being the power house of the cell always stuck with me. In all of the series that I watched, no other doctor ever mentioned the mitochondria. I knew at that moment I wanted to learn any and everything this man was willing to teach! Lol

Masterclasses were great. I wanted to learn the How’s and Why’s of nutrition from a school that was actively addressing the health concerns of the day without fear. For me, masterclass was an invaluable component of the HNC program.
