Wow! What an amazing beginning! I am inspired, intrigued, and hungry! I am ready for more! The format has been fantastic although I recognize my need for more self-imposed structure to stay focused 🙂 I have been challanged but in a gentle way that leaves me feeling confident that I can achieve my goals! We are creating a healthier, happier world together! What first drew me to EHI was the care poured into the program design. From the minute I began, I was hooked! Dr. Henele created a school around teaching with compassion and enthusiasm for each student. Lessons build on one another and focus on engagement and energy cultivation, not memorization and stress. We work on ourselves throughout the process – and become more whole in mind, body and spirit. Nutrition is the foundation, but there is so much more – anatomy, physiology, Eastern philosophy, herbs, cooking, breathing, meditation, relationship building – starting with ourselves. Each lesson was so informative and fun that I couldn’t wait to do the next one. Staff and teachers are very responsive-I felt connected the whole time. I whole-heartedly recommend EHI!
