I just finished HNC101 and it was fantastic! I can’t believe how much I learned over the course of twelve lessons. My eating has changed for the better as I’ve learned about healing, physiology, and biochemistry. I’m so glad that I’ve heard “trust the process” and “Dr. H. will bring it all together” from the teachers because there is so much material covered and yet is just the beginning. I’m so excited to move on to HNC102!
I had such a great time during HNC102! I really loved all the recipes but more than anything I loved all the wonderful perspective and love that goes into creating all those beautiful raw dishes. This unit seriously changed my perspective of what raw food really is and I’m so thankful for everything I learned. I cannot wait to try every single recipe from this class!
The Holistic Nutrition Certification exceed my expectations, provided an awesome experience, delivered. Since I am not a big cook the class challenged me to cook meals I would have never tried. Thank you for the challenge and all that I learned. Every lesson I’m in awe of how much effort is put into each class. Thanks for such an awesome experience! My experience at EHI has been phenomenal so far. I cannot believe how fast I’m learning and that I’m retaining it all! I’ve been able to dial in my health even more and have had a few major emotional breakthroughs. This is not only benefiting me but my entire family as well. I have seen a noticeable shift for the better in the climate of our home. I am very grateful to be a part of EHI!
