My experience in the Holistic Nutrition Certification has been truly transformative, not only in what I’ve learned, but in how I’ve grown personally and spiritually. My experience at EHI has been both deeply educational and profoundly personal. I began with a desire to dive into a subject that fascinated me, but instead of discovering a whole new world, I rediscovered myself. What I’ve loved most about my teachers, Dr. H., and ALL of EHI is how they encouraged me to view nutrition not simply as a science or discipline, but as a practice of mindfulness, love, and self-exploration.
