This program took longer for me than expected due to working full time as a nurse, encountering some injuries and helping my Mom through several surgeries over the past 2 years. There were times I wasn’t sure if I could continue, but thanks to the support from many wonderful parents and several EHI staff I made it through! I want to thank the staff and all of my teachers for their encouragement and kind words. Finally, I want to thank Dr. H for creating this program, his down-to-earth teaching style, dedication to helping people find health and happiness, and for just being an all around incredible human!
The HNC course has been life-changing for me. I’ve completed other programs before, but this program exceeded my expectations far more than any of the others. Finding EHI has truly been a blessing. I loved the layout and progression of the program and the humor, wisdom and teaching-from-the-heart style that Dr. H portrayed in all of his lectures.
I learned an enormous amount of information about nutrients, lifestyle, mitochondrial energy production, detoxification and cleansing, healing modalities, the health systems of the body, meditation, cooking, and so much more. At the end, everything came together in a structured way, so I know how to work with clients successfully.
I also love that this program was experiential. I used the principles I learned and applied them to my own life. As a result, I’m a much healthier and happier person. When I have a health issue arise, I know what to do to begin to correct the imbalance. I have been successful using the EHI approach in my own life, as well as with family members.
