I found a magnificent online Holistic Nutritionist Certification program at Energetic Health Institute. EHI taught me self-reflection, breathing exercises, meditation practice, and healthy eating. Through these practices, I have begun to understand that I deserve all the good things in life. I deserve to be cared for, protected, and most of all LOVED. I also learned to listen more deeply and genuinely care about other people. As I have worked through the HNC curriculum at Energetic Health Institute, I have become happier and healthier with each passing lesson. I decided that my life’s mission is to share my experience and help anyone seeking acceptance, community, health, and wellness.

I feel extremely blessed to have found my way to The Energetic Health Institute to further my knowledge on healing. This is a journey of WHOLE healing; of the body, mind, spirit and soul. I would not be who I am in this moment had I not chosen to make my next school of learning to be EHI. I was looking at 4 different schools, each pulling me with their specific attributes. I chose to follow my heart’s strongest pull. Whew! I am half way through with my HNC course and countless times I have felt deep gratitude for the choice I made to study and learn from Dr. Henele. Here at EHI you don’t only learn with your mind but you begin to embody all of these beautiful lessons, knowledge and wisdom. It is truly a profound journey and I am only half way through. You will meet incredibly beautiful heart centered people here at this school. It is my sou’s family that I am learning with and from. Some of what I am learning is the physiology of how the body works, the why which is instrumental in understanding what it needs to heal, and in the therapeutic dose for real healing to happen and be sustainable as a way of living! This is a way of living my best life as the best me! What more could I ask for? This is true healing of the body, mind, spirit and soul! It is an alchemical process studying at EHI if you allow it to be so and embody all that you are learning. A’Ho! I thought I came to EHI to learn how to help friends and loved ones heal their bodies. I did not know I needed healing too (LOL). The ultimate gift of studying at EHI is that I am now on the path to become the highest version I ever imagined myself to be! Amazing Grace! My Gratitude and love for Dr. H. and all the teachers and fellow students is deep and expansive!

If you are looking to change your life in the best way possible, you have come to the right place! This school simply is not like the others. It is so much more than a school. You are going to get way more than you bargained for — you will be transformed when you come out on the other side. The incredible group of people that make it all possible are trustworthy, supportive, intelligent, kind and genuinely want you to succeed. And of course, Dr. H, thank you for the dedication, heart, and hard work you poured into this course so that all of us could be here, learning how to heal our bodies through food for generations to come. I am beyond thankful for this experience and for each of you who helped shape it.

EHI came into my life at a time when I desperately needed hope, support, empowerment and more than anything, change. When I enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition Certification, I was searching for answers, but what I found was a new foundation centered on nutrition and food as powerful tools for healing.

A few months after beginning the course, and after several rounds of testing and labs, my doctors told me I might have Hodgkins lymphoma. They recommended removing a lymphnode for further evaluation. In that overwhelming moment, something inside me told me to pause. Because I had already started learning how deeply food, nourishment, and lifestyle impact the body, I felt empowered to slow down, ask questions, and advocate for myself from a place of knowledge rather than fear. I firmly believe that if I had not already begun this journey at EHI, I may have made decisions rooted in panic and fear instead of understanding.

For me, EHI was more than an education, it was a lifeline. It restored my trust in the body’s ability to heal when properly nourished and supported. Nutrition became the center of my healing journey, not as a trend, but as a powerful, foundational truth. The support, compassion, and wisdom I received shifted everything for me, personally and professionally.

This program didn’t just teach me about food, it taught me how to use food as medicine, how to see the body holistically, and how to stand empowered in my health decisions. In so many ways, EHI didn’t just change my life, it helped save it, and for that I am forever grateful.

After years of working on my health and spending a lot of money doing it, I still wasn’t where I wanted to be. There were still many missing links. What made EHI special for me is that I found those missing links and my health is better than ever! I learned how the body works, how to feed my mitochondria, and how to heal mind, body and soul. I am still learning, but gaining a lot more confidence in helping myself, my family and others.

I enjoyed every aspect of EHI. For me, what made it so special was how encouraging and helpful all of the faculty was. I received nothing but positivity and kindness with every single DQ assignment. Every teacher was happy to help, answer questions and provide me with additional information. I could not ask for a nicer, more caring group of people, and I’m proud to get to call you all family.
