Throughout the years, I’ve learned many lessons at EHI that have helped me create healthy habits and routines, prioritize what truly matters, develop a Win-Win mindset, set clear goals, and understand the motivations that drives my decisions and behaviors. I’ve learned the importance of belief and how it transform lives. I’m able to create my joy no matter what comes my way. I look at What’s Good because I know that my thoughts, beliefs and actions will determine my outcome, not situations or circumstances. I’m becoming the best version of myself each day by practicing the skills that I’ve been taught.
I’ve always felt supported because everyone genuinely cares about my growth and learning experience. EHI has equipped me with the necessary tools to face everyday life challenges. I want to thank Dr. H, whose own healing and story shaped this program into something truly special. He embodies a rare balance of love, wisdom, and discipline. His teachings helped me release the “hurt” that was at the root of my struggles. I am deeply grateful as well to the teachers and mentors who were so incredibly encouraging with their support and feedback. Y’all are amazing.
EHI was the next step for me on my personal commitment to “heal on all levels.” Traditional medicine told me to accept my health issues as inevitable, as a part of aging, as something I would have to live with. But my own personal journey showed me otherwise. EHI met me right there and provided the education, knowledge, and tools to heal my body, mind, and spirit. What I experienced was truly transformational on all levels.
During the process, a lot of unresolved trauma surfaced. Enough to almost derail me. I stayed with the program because of the loving support of the EHI team. Those challenges brought setbacks in my health, but I was able to overcome them using the skills and knowledge I learned here.
Today, my health is better than it was a decade ago, despite everything that came up. Through these experiences, I came to understand the true meaning of “holistic.” I saw firsthand how physical health impacts emotional health and the spirit, and how emotional charge impacts the body. By releasing what no longer belonged to me and nourishing my body properly, I was able to return to health. I am so excited for my new chapter.
With each cleanse at EHI, I’m digging a little deeper into who I know I was before I buried myself in all I was ‘supposed’ to be. I’m becoming clearer and more intentional. I am finding my rhythm and am more kind to myself when I stumble a little. I feel lighter in my body, mind and spirit. Definitely looking forward to the next cleanse!
EHI is a wonderful journey of love, organic Food as Medicine, and utilizing Foods to build your Mitochondrial energy source (ATP)! The entire staff at EHI have been awesome and a pleasure to learn from everyday — great heart centered folks who truly care for you and your holistic nutrition journey!
I want to thank Dr. H and the EHI staff for all of their help and encouragement over the past two years and also for making this community feel like a family. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to study at EHI and be a part of the EHI community, and I hope to make everyone there proud as I take what I’ve learned out into the world and help others learn how to live vibrant and energetic lives through holistic nutrition.
Every moment spent at EHI, from the website, to the DQs, to the interactions with the instructors have all been so welcoming and filled with love. I embrace it. I appreciate it. And I plan to carry it with me along my journey in life.
