It meant so much to me. I learned more than I ever imagined, and your knowledge and genuine love for what you do have deeply impacted my journey.

And of course, Dr. H, thank you for the dedication, heart, and hard work you poured into this course so that all of us could be here, learning how to heal our bodies through food for generations to come. I am beyond thankful for this experience and for each of you who helped shape it.

EHI came into my life at a time when I desperately needed hope, support, empowerment and more than anything, change. When I enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition Certification, I was searching for answers, but what I found was a new foundation centered on nutrition and food as powerful tools for healing.

A few months after beginning the course, and after several rounds of testing and labs, my doctors told me I might have Hodgkins lymphoma. They recommended removing a lymphnode for further evaluation. In that overwhelming moment, something inside me told me to pause. Because I had already started learning how deeply food, nourishment, and lifestyle impact the body, I felt empowered to slow down, ask questions, and advocate for myself from a place of knowledge rather than fear. I firmly believe that if I had not already begun this journey at EHI, I may have made decisions rooted in panic and fear instead of understanding.

For me, EHI was more than an education, it was a lifeline. It restored my trust in the body’s ability to heal when properly nourished and supported. Nutrition became the center of my healing journey, not as a trend, but as a powerful, foundational truth. The support, compassion, and wisdom I received shifted everything for me, personally and professionally.

This program didn’t just teach me about food, it taught me how to use food as medicine, how to see the body holistically, and how to stand empowered in my health decisions. In so many ways, EHI didn’t just change my life, it helped save it, and for that I am forever grateful.

After years of working on my health and spending a lot of money doing it, I still wasn’t where I wanted to be. There were still many missing links. What made EHI special for me is that I found those missing links and my health is better than ever! I learned how the body works, how to feed my mitochondria, and how to heal mind, body and soul. I am still learning, but gaining a lot more confidence in helping myself, my family and others.

I enjoyed every aspect of EHI. For me, what made it so special was how encouraging and helpful all of the faculty was. I received nothing but positivity and kindness with every single DQ assignment. Every teacher was happy to help, answer questions and provide me with additional information. I could not ask for a nicer, more caring group of people, and I’m proud to get to call you all family.

I have nothing but love for the entire EHI family. I’m grateful for all of you who I’ve been blessed to work with and spend time with throughout the years. Dr. H, you’re such an amazing teacher. Your teachings are invaluable and have been life-changing. I am so grateful to have you as a mentor. You’ve played such a huge part in my healing journey, and l will never take that for granted. Thank you for being the best teacher anyone could ask for. EHI for life!!!

Throughout the years, I’ve learned many lessons at EHI that have helped me create healthy habits and routines, prioritize what truly matters, develop a Win-Win mindset, set clear goals, and understand the motivations that drives my decisions and behaviors. I’ve learned the importance of belief and how it transform lives. I’m able to create my joy no matter what comes my way. I look at What’s Good because I know that my thoughts, beliefs and actions will determine my outcome, not situations or circumstances. I’m becoming the best version of myself each day by practicing the skills that I’ve been taught.

I’ve always felt supported because everyone genuinely cares about my growth and learning experience. EHI has equipped me with the necessary tools to face everyday life challenges. I enjoy knowing that we’re not just nutritionist. We are so much more and then some. We are trained to think for ourselves and ask the hard questions. We are EXCEPTIONAL healers prepared to take on life’s challenges. The Aloha spirit is electric, motivating, inspiring, and full of heart. I experience laughter and happiness while learning the importance of true health and love. The sense of community is stronger than anything I’ve ever experienced. Dr. H and EHI embodies family, education, enlightenment, and empowerment. I could not ask for a better school.

I want to thank Dr. H, whose own healing and story shaped this program into something truly special. He embodies a rare balance of love, wisdom, and discipline. His teachings helped me release the “hurt” that was at the root of my struggles. I am deeply grateful as well to the teachers and mentors who were so incredibly encouraging with their support and feedback. Y’all are amazing.

EHI was the next step for me on my personal commitment to “heal on all levels.” Traditional medicine told me to accept my health issues as inevitable, as a part of aging, as something I would have to live with. But my own personal journey showed me otherwise. EHI met me right there and provided the education, knowledge, and tools to heal my body, mind, and spirit. What I experienced was truly transformational on all levels.

During the process, a lot of unresolved trauma surfaced. Enough to almost derail me. I stayed with the program because of the loving support of the EHI team. Those challenges brought setbacks in my health, but I was able to overcome them using the skills and knowledge I learned here.

Today, my health is better than it was a decade ago, despite everything that came up. Through these experiences, I came to understand the true meaning of “holistic.” I saw firsthand how physical health impacts emotional health and the spirit, and how emotional charge impacts the body. By releasing what no longer belonged to me and nourishing my body properly, I was able to return to health. I am so excited for my new chapter.
