Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons organic chia seeds
  • ¾ cup unsweetened organic almond milk
  • ½ organic pear, diced or thinly sliced
  • ½ organic apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated organic ginger
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground organic flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon organic Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw organic honey, optional
  • Pinch of mineral-rich sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the chia seeds, almond milk, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, ginger, and mineral-rich sea salt to a bowl or glass jar.
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir again to help prevent the chia seeds from clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir the chia mixture and add a splash of almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  6. Top with the fresh pear, apple, and raw walnuts.
  7. Drizzle with raw honey if desired.
  8. Enjoy chilled.
