I am touched by many things in this course and consider it an important step as I continue to explore healing, improving my health and finding happiness! Looking back at my notes: A cleanse is about creating space. “Where there is space, there is movement. Where there is movement, there is energy. Where there is energy, disease cannot exist.” Dr. H said this in a masterclass.
No more bloating, skin more hydrated, smoother hair (Wow!). I felt more flexibility in my yoga classes (like Wow!). Feeling calm, not reacting, happy energy in the morning, I feel I got rid of stuff in my body and my mind! It feels great great!!
I could not have asked for a BETTER education. I wanted my training to support my mission of teaching others how we can support our brain health and reverse cognitive decline. Dr Henele’s unique teaching style builds the material in such a way that one understands how the body works as a whole. He taught me how to think not memorize protocols. With the loving support of teachers and staff I felt like I was at an university not an online school. With this education I was able to take national boards through NANP and become Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. For me, everything that the Energetic Health Institute (EHI) embodies is what made furthering my education here a special experience. Every single person I have interacted with has been nothing but supportive, you are encouraged to be yourself and not judge others, and even when you’re not able to participate in person, you’re encouraged to participate. The master classes, the seed swap and gardening club, and the student commons were all great places to grab a little extra support, education, help with assignments and FUN!! At times, I didn’t think I could cram anything else into my tired brain, but then I learned something interesting and wanted to know more. Newness is definitely one of my fulfilling needs for happiness…WOW is all I can say!! Even now, at the “end” of my journey, I can’t believe that I did it…but I’m beyond happy that I did!
I LOVED Braiding Sweetgrass, learinging more about the environment, and autophagy in 204! I’m going to read Braiding Sweetgrass to my daughter. I’ve been intermittent fasting for a couple weeks now and I love it! I makes having two meals a day much easier.
The last three lessons have issues – Lesson 4: no Quiz, Lesson 5: No presentation or quiz, Lesson 6: No presentation or quiz, 204 Exam page is confusing bc it has a note saying “in production” as well as a link to an exam where there is only one question. Some of the instruction text refers to older courses like 103, and 201. And idea for improvement here is just adding a little bit of further explanation of what students are expected to do (i.e. hang tight, or move on) as well as when students can expect to revisit missing course work and exams. Thank you!!!
