For my EHI family, I truly appreciate the support I’ve received from everyone, Dr. H. and all the teachers and Grad TAs, throughout this entire program. There is always someone there to answer questions whether they are assignment related or questions I’ve had regarding my own progress. I feel, deep in my heart, that my EHI family will always be there no matter what direction my career or life may go, and for that, I am truly grateful. I had several degree programs under my belt prior to coming to EHI. The classes I have taken have filled in holes and made connections between the foods we eat and how we feel on a physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral level that no other program or classes had been able to do. What EHI did for me most was clarify that holistic nutrition is not just a tool in my toolbox; it is the toolbox itself.
Thank you EHI! Once again, you taught us some amazing tools. I really liked watching the hands on cases in 301. And getting to design all our forms was HUGE! It gets us on the path of seeing our future clients, and it feels like we’re getting close! Thank you for sharing with us the step by step methodology with the intake forms, the types of questions to ask, the process to go through to take a person’s case start to finish. It is an enormous step to see how you’ve done it, and not to have to re-create that wheel.
I’m excited to keep moving toward the finish line. And I’m so glad you have extended your connection for after we’re done, because I want to stay connected to the EHI community. I would love to keep communicating with other EHI students, teachers and grads who have experience with clients so we can share our stories and gain insights from each other.
I really enjoyed the case studies and practice “diagnosing.” I thought that was super helpful and then it was great to hear Dr. H’s take on it afterwards!! I learned so much by watching the process unfold from the health history questionnaire to learning about reading and ordering labs and food allergy panels to treatment plan design. Overall, it was a wonderful course! 🙂
I said to my husband how much I love school this time around and want to put in the effort to reap the benefits not only for myself but for others. Besides it helps studying what you love to learn and getting such positive feedback just motivates me to keep moving forward with enthusiasm!
