I went through some challenges and I have to be honest at the time was very stressful to see “B” grade when I used to get A= throughout the whole school year:) I kept telling myself ” This too shall pass” and it DID. I learned a lot and know that only by practicing I can be more confident and can help people heal.

EHI has been amazing, it has been a truly special experience for me. I enjoyed and learned about nutrition from not only physical materials such as foods, oxygen, water but also innner self! EHI helped me to face myself and discover and grow who I am. I could even have tears at 103.. it was an amazing, amazing lessons! It exceeded my expectations on what a holistic nutrition school could offer, teach, make us ponder. All the information are very interesing, not boring like at other school systems, and yes it was a dynamic education. What you teach will last in our heart for lifetime. You have taught how the healing process goes, and we need to be diligent and patient. Dr. H’s words that EHI will be always there for us, the graduate, while we practice and help people around.. that is an fantastic example to show how this school is truly amazing. Thank you EHI, I am so pleased that I found you!
It was good to know that I can do this cleansing and continue on this path; spiritually, I know now where I come from and that I have to take care of myself more. While fasting, I did not feel bad at all. I was even having burst of energy, emotionally I felt calmer and Zen, I did noticed that I was moving slower than usual and I was feeling relaxed all the time. Spiritually it was a good moment with myself to check with my body the feelings of calmness and stillness. I felt really strong while trying to stay fasting for the whole 72 hours, never done anything like this before and it felt really good. The breathing work helped me a lot to stay in the fast, it was calming and nourishing at the same time. The colors of everything seem bolder, more vivid. Everything was so beautiful to watch the sky, the leaves, the grass. I lost 7 pounds of weight.
I would like to thank the EHI family, the teachers and staff who gave me inspiration to walk this path. Since I took this journey alone, they were my support system. The love could not be any more evident. I gained the ability to think for myself. I loved the thought process of “We are teaching you how to think, not what to think.” Everyone was so kind. I can not imagine education done with more love than at EHI.
To my EHI family…Dr. H, teachers and staff that made this journey possible and always brought the positive energy into our experience, I appreciate you. I loved getting a salad of information that included all aspects of the Cycle of Influencing Energy. We got an in depth angle of each aspect and saw how each affects us.
