EHI has been a life-changer for me and for my family! I’ve always been interested in health and wellness, but even with a degree in biological sciences never learned how to optimize health for a lifetime of true vibrancy. The EHI approach sorts through the wisdom of the ancients and supports it with incredibly well-researched scientific data to help every person understand not only how and why things work, but also how to take the steps one by one to make adjustments. I absolutely love the stepwise, but love-driven approach for students to learn how to think through what each person needs to make positive changes for health. There are no cookie-cutter solutions in nature’s way, and I love that the premise is that we are designed to heal ourselves and definitely CAN!
Everyone interested in helping themselves and their families (and friends) would benefit from the coursework. I personally can’t wait to help others heal as well!
