In my early 20’s I started taking care of elderly family and added friends and people that became friends along the way. I am now 72 and no longer have people to care for. Most of the people I helped to stay in their home to pass were all close to 100!
I am finding at 72 that I am older than they were at 72. I seemed to of gotten older faster than I expected. When life finally was or is just taking care of me, I find I seem to be in need of a caregiver myself. God has always taken care of me I literally live His promises. 6 years ago a sister in Christ a gift to me, had cancer. I knew what was going to happen so I started to search for natural God given answers. She was afraid to try. I had doctor Forsyth’s staff call her. Her cancer doc told her if she was going to try natural stuff it would interfere with the way it is always done and so I watched her decline to death. But all the time she was sick I was learning and when COVID was released I found DR Ardis and you. Although through my parents, God has provided me a home, keeps me supplied with food more clothes than I can ware out even a car, I don’t have the income for your courses so have started a savings for that. I did the stool test DR Ardis suggest, apparently God has taken care of me as I did others. I am taking a few of you products as well as DR Ardis and I started with DR Ax. 6 years ago

The 28-day healing cycle has allowed the skin/thumb issues to improve. So much was good—learning new things about the whole person, learning tools that will help me and others.
Slowing down physically during my fast, I really liked the chance to feel that being lazy was OK and necessary. I watched relaxing TV that made me happy, such as America’s Test Kitchen. Watching food preparation did not interfere with my fasting. I laid back in a recliner, smelled essential oils, played meditative music with Native American flutes.
With each step taken I took toward becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, everyone at EHI cheered me on so loudly and lovingly. At EHI, I would like to thank the entire staff for supporting me. Each one of them offered me incredible guidance, feedback, and encouragement to help me grow into the person I am today. EHI has been instrumental in helping with my wellness journey and growing my knowledge on the topic of Holistic Nutrition. With these tools, I am able to heal myself and become a great resource for those in my community. I have immense gratitude for Dr. H and all the supporting staff that have made my time at EHI a wonderful experience. I am entering the world as a healer, continuing my dreams of making this information accessible to more people.
Ultimately, EHI was the source of education to the lady whom saved my daughter’s life. Then in turn, EHI saved mine and provided me with the education to not only continue helping my family but also help others. Thank you, EHI & Dr. H!
I thank Dr. H for selflessly giving his time and talent, and for teaching me everything he knows about holistic nutrition. All the teachers and assistants for being so supportive and encouraging. They always made me feel that my work was exceptional, and it was a pleasure for them to grade it. I looked forward to their feedback because it made me feel as if I mastered every lesson and it encouraged me to keep going. Although I have a PhD in Holistic Medicine and have taken many courses in food as medicine, EHI gave me what is the equivalent of another PhD but in Holistic Nutrition. What I learned at EHI goes far beyond food as medicine…you taught me that food is life!
