I just finished my three day water fast. Enjoyed my herbal tea that really helps me get through the fasting. I know once I made through the fasting I would feel better. Through this whole liver detox I didn’t feel great but the week we did the coffee enema, then it was like a turning point, I felt lighter, more energy and clarity. With the fasting, I know I’m helping my body heal so it’s okay not too feel so great for a couple of days because I will have more energy when it is over.
Everything about this cleanse was good. I feel refreshed and energized.
There is clarity in my mind and better self-perception of myself. I learned to receive praise and appreciate myself for all my accomplishments.
