EHI was such a special experience for me because Dr. H. told us the truth. He did his extensive research and he explained to us the truth about everything. We really do have to relearn everything we were taught growing up. Most importantly… Mitochondria is where it all starts! Even my husband got that answer right when we were at the AGES conference!
