What I love most about EHI is Dr. H’s passion and knowledge about health, the kindness of the teachers, and the inspiration of other students.
I didn’t know at first how EHI was going to hold a mirror to me and show me some of the shadows in myself that I didn’t want to see. Learning at EHI brought me deeper into myself, helped me develop my morals and values (my Yamas and Niyamas). It helped me to ask questions and look for new ways to solve problems, and to be okay with having a different opinion.
I would like to thank the advisors at EHI for being patient and persistent with me while I completed this program. Without their encouragement, I don’t know that I would have had the gusto to pull through.
