SO much was good about this cleanse. I gained more clarity, calmness and peacefulness.
This has been a relatively mellow cleanse. I am really loving the addition of the bentonite and psyllium. I feel like that is a missing piece I am excited to add and share with my Juice “Feasting” clients and self. I feel positive things, this cleanse comes at a time of a lot of shifting in what my daily life looks like that include planning for my future. These are positive things and signs.
I felt lighter and lighter, but I was missing on calories, so I was not feeling at my max potential. When I felt energy, it was pure. Already had a good sense of smell, but geez, it doubled, I think. My skin got better, my eyes the dark under it faded a bit.
After cleansing, my eyes are whiter, ears improving and softer, good skin with moisture, and my headaches are gone. During the fast, I felt in control of my mind/body, felt spiritually connected, and physically disconnected. Clarity in Dreams. Felt Clean/Light.
I felt a huge release of neural emotional charge and it just felt AMAZING! It was a huge breakthrough for me.
I got much better sleep in week four than I did in week three, so my energy levels definitely improved. Emotionally I felt strong and happy, and overall felt really good about being in the last week of the cleanse.
Considering I wasn’t eating for days, I was in a really good mood throughout my fast. I expected to be impatient or become easily frustrated, but neither of those things happened. I felt relaxed and calm through most of it. Some old fears resurfaced during my dreams, and I am considering that a positive – I felt like I finally addressed some thoughts that I had kept to myself years ago.
