The teachers I worked with are amazing! I thank them for their support, guidance and bringing the curriculum to life for me. EHI took a topic I was passionate about (health & wellness) and expanded my knowledge beyond my wildest dreams. The coursework is challenging but rewarding. I learned things about myself that I wasn’t expecting to learn. I am fully confident in my ability to help people overcome their nutritional deficiencies with the tools and knowledge I gained at EHI.
I loved 102 for the amount of time spent in the kitchen trying new things! I felt like it was much more active than 101–both completely necessary and important, but very different in their execution. It was fun to try recipes and learn about food in a way that was a bit outside of my comfort zone. The way the material was introduced did not make it seem so scary or out of my element–the videos were encouraging and made all of the recipes and concepts seem achievable. I must admit that, with the arrival of the holidays, I found myself indulging in some foods I have not had in quite a long time. While that can be fun, my health was directly impacted by it! I found myself dealing with congestion and stuffiness, and had less energy. When I went back to what I’ve learned so far at EHI, I began to feel better immediately–and was able to stay healthy even through direct contact with several friends and family members who were sick! Can’t wait for 103. 🙂
This course far exceeded my expectations. It was overwhelming at times with how in depth it went for science and biology, but I honestly enrolled here because of that aspect. I feel more confident in my path and excited to move forward in this career field.

SOOOOO excited to be finished with my first course in Holistic nutrition! I am left thristing for more…more knowledge, more power to help heal!! My very first patient (me) is starting to get the hang of things. I really think what a perfect time to begin the next course and start some siginificant changes in my life than right at the beginning of a new year!!
