I really enjoyed 102! It opened my eyes to all of the delicious vegan meals that I can create. Also I found myself craving meat less during this course! Some of my favorite recipes were the meat substitutes using nuts and the avocado cacao mousse (I can’t wait to make that again!). My answer is 100 to all of the questions above. I absolutely feel like EHI provided a special experience, I always feel like I matter here, this course did exceed my expectations, it helped my healing process, delivered a dynamic education, and of course EHI walks the talk! I can’t wait to share more of these recipes and skills that I learned from this class with friends, family, and future clients.
The knowledge and experience so far at EHI has been very helpful to me. Although my pace throughout the program has been pretty slow, due to life changes, I will continue on and make sure I finish what I started.
