This course was amazing. It far exceeding my expectations. I really loved the educational as well as practical application aspects of the course. It was great to have both Dr. H and Brittney sharing their personal and professional experiences, and truly their overall passion for this topic.
I loved that the DQ challenged our thinking and made us dig for the answers instead of just pulling all of them straight from the material. Helped me to realize just how complex this topic truly is, and how finding good information can be harder than we would like to think.
I almost wish this class was longer just because there is so much to cover. And I think the Hangouts could almost be 90 minutes so that classmates could share more as well.
I really enjoyed the week by week structure and breakdown. It was really a great program and I thoroughly enjoyed expanding my knowledge in vaccine safety and efficacy.
I absolutely loved doing this course and the support and encourgement I received from all the staff but Brittney in particular. Britteny and Dr. H are 2 genuine, open, and caring people on a path to help our children and the future generations. I must say, 103 was a game changer for me. It provided me with positive resolutions, ways to improve myself and have better relationships. It also showed how your energy affects your health. This is an important time for me to learn this. It introduced meditation in a different light, which I loved because this was an area that I have always struggled.
