As usual DR. H and his team’s style of offering extremely informative and research-based content that is both enjoyable and easy to understand shines through within the certification course and during the cleanse/fast. I wish I could offer a nice critique but I cannot find even one. Seriously, thank you for all of the information and support!
I had an amazing life changing experience in DTOX 101. One of the best things I have done in my life! Not only my digestive system got healed, but the health of my entire body was highly improved. My energy increased so much! It is the highest energy I’ve ever had in my life. I feel super light, relaxed and focused. There were big emotional breakthroughs and lots of healing. My moods and emotions got more balanced. My life long constipation is gone. My stress level decreased completly. My spiritual connection is stronger now. It was a fantastic experience with wonderful outcomes.
The program is simply amazing and super thorough. I learnt a lot. The level of support and sharing from Dr. H and Wendy were outstanding. Both of them were super helpful. Dr. H presentations were full of awesome information. One of the things that I loved the most was the open heart and deep level of sharing that Dr. H gave us through the documentation of his own experience. I really appreciated it.
The experience was unique, the tools gained are super powerful, the expectations were totally excceded, the support was amazing, the education super dynaming and hands on. I really enjoyed the cleanse. I feel like my stomach and digestive system feel so much better. My skin looks better and my attitude is better. I also noticed during my massage during the last week that my feet weren’t ticklish. Not even a little. My feet have been ticklish for as long as I can remember. My mind was blown by this.
There was definitely some negative charge released during this cleanse. I look forward to doing another one when I’m not traveling so that I can so it for the full 28 days. I stopped on day 26 because I was flying and didn’t want to travel with all my supplements. Even though I did stop early, I still believe my body was greatly benefited from this cleanse.
I did feel like physically I cleared some things out that no longer served me and I’ll definitely be utilizing this tool to keep my body clean.
Physically I feel so much more energized. Emotionally I have felt more clarity than I have felt in years. Spiritually, I feel more connected to my surroundings and Mother Earth and I am so grateful.
I cannot say enough positive things about the process. I have been telling people about it and although they kind of look at me like I am crazy, they also want to know all about it! But, what was good is just the takeaway that this will be a huge part of my life from here on out within the first buds to the falling of leaves. I love the seasonality of it and how important it is to give your body ample time to cleanse and heal at the same time. LOVE THIS!
