I would like to thank Dr. H and all of the wonderful teachers at EHI for their extensive feedback and help along the way. EHI allowed me to learn about many different topics that interested me, such as plant-based organic nutrition, supplementation, exercise, meditation, and environmental sustainability. There really aren’t many programs out there that allow you to learn about these varied topics and explore their practical application as you learn about them. That was truly a special experience for me.
I loved the different perspective Dr. H takes on explaining topics, the topics that were chosen, and how so many aspects of life were touched on. And of course, the amazing EHI team. There was never a time a teacher/admin/support team weren’t there with me throughout the process.

I am beyond grateful for the teachers here, who graded my work. Their insight has been very helpful to me. Dr. H, you are amazing and this school you have brought to life is nothing short of spectacular! I love it here! It became a home at a time I felt somewhat homeless, it gave me purpose when I felt I had none, but most of all it gives me hope in a time where things look hopeless. Nothing but love and gratitude for everything! When I began this program, I was a broken, angry, and sad person. I was wounded. I smoked a lot, drank a lot after work with “friends,” and did not trust in life’s perfection at all. I really didn’t trust much at all to be honest. When I first met Dr. H, I immediately connected to him and what he taught. I looked him up and found he had his own school, so I signed up. That first conversation on the phone with him in November 2017 really started the change in me. I quit smoking the following January for good. Since starting school here, I have lost 30 lbs. I realized I had found what God had been preparing me for all my life. My wife and her health ultimately led me in this direction but EHI gave me the tools I had been looking for! I used to get bronchitis and pneumonia all the time, I had IBS, and I was extremely anxious. I have not had either bronchitis or pneumonia, or even a cold or the flu in the last 2 years. I work at a hospital and everyone is always sick, yet I am not. My IBS is all but gone and my anxiety is significantly less. I have found a church who accepts me for me. I have supportive friends. I have the best wife ever! My life is different because I am different, and I am different because of what EHI has taught me.
